WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? AND HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?


We are working to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our current estimate is that your items will be processed and shipped in the next 5-10 business days (unless otherwise specified in the product description).


International orders will arrive 4-22 business days after processing.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email and follow up with a shipping notification and tracking number. Please note that all shipping labels take a moment to update.


DO YOU COVER DUTIES/TAX FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?

All orders will be subject to duties and taxes upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer. 


Please note that all international duties and taxes are non-refundable through Reuben Oliver. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DON’T HAVE IT!


1) Ensure that the shipping address that you input matches your correct location. 


2) Double check with your neighbors to make sure that they didn’t receive it by mistake. Many times, packages are marked delivered before they actually are - so give it a day or two for it to arrive!

Reuben Oliver is not held liable for lost or stolen packages after they have left our fulfillment center; however, we will do our best to help track down your package and file a claim with the shipping carrier.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS?

Unworn and unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be exchanged for credit within 30 days of delivery.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY REUBEN OLIVER GARMENT?


Every item is uniquely made. Please see our product details and care tags located on the Reuben Oliver garment. Typically, every garment should be washed on cold and dried on low heat. Avoid hang drying and drying on high heat.


HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK PRODUCTS?


Our limited capsules, collections and collaborations are rarely restocked. However, collections typically drop every 1-2 months and newsletter sign-ups and repeat customers receive first access.


HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

You may register for an account directly from our home page in the bottom right. 


WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF HAVING AN ACCOUNT?

You are always welcome to shop our site without creating an account. However, setting up an account with us will allow you to receive early access to collections, review your orders and view past purchases. Additionally, we will notify you when new pieces are uploaded to the e-shop.

We have a custom sizing guide on each product page which tailors your specific measurements with the associated product.
